Ingredients:
  • 187.50 ml sundried tomatoes
  • 82.50 ml pine nuts
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 113.75 gm olive oil
  • 82.50 ml finely grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Blend tomato, pine nuts, and garlic until they form a nearly smooth mixture, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • While the food processor is on, pour the oil slowly and steadily to blend everything together.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, then incorporate the flavorful parmesan, and season generously with salt and pepper. Mix everything together until well-combined.
