Ingredients:
  • 1 cup packed fresh basil
  • 0.5 cup packed fresh parsley
  • 0.5 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 1 medium lemon, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed, or more to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Blend fresh basil, parsley, olive oil, sunflower seeds, Pecorino Romano cheese, lemon juice, garlic, and sea salt in a blender or food processor until smooth. Adjust salt to taste.
