Beer-infused bread with sunflower seed and cheesy crust.
Ingredients:
  • 450g self-raising flour
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
  • 450ml chilled lager
  • 80g sunflower seeds
  • 120g tasty cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C, then prepare a 7cm-deep, 10cm x 26cm loaf pan by greasing and lining it.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Pour in the beer and stir until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a pan, then top with seeds and cheese. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the loaf sounds hollow when tapped on the base.
