Refreshing crab and cucumber salad marinated in rice vinegar and soy sauce - a perfect balance of freshness and flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large English cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) package imitation crab sticks, halved
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Place cucumber slices on a large plate, sprinkle salt on both sides, and let sit for 15 minutes to draw out water. Brush off salt and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • In a glass bowl, mix cucumbers, crab sticks, rice vinegar, and soy sauce until well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 24 hours.
  • Plate the cucumber salad equally onto four plates and generously sprinkle each serving with sesame seeds.
