Decadently moist chocolate Bundt® cake infused with rich chocolate flavor from cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and pudding mix.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup sweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup warm water
  • 1.5 cups semisweet chocolate chips, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 10-inch fluted tube pan, such as a Bundt® pan, or use a nonstick pan.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt. Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer on low until combined, then beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and beat for an additional 2 minutes. Stir in warm water and sour cream until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into the pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes until the top springs back when touched and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
