Elevate dinner effortlessly with Progresso® soup!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 bone-in pork loin chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 2 pounds)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Vegetable Classics creamy mushroom soup
Instructions:
  • Prepare the rice following the package instructions.
  • In a 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Brown pork chops for about 5 minutes on each side.
  • Season pork chops generously with salt, pepper, and fragrant rosemary. Then, pour the flavorful soup over the chops and bring everything to a boil. Decrease heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
