Super-simple sprouts & greens

Simply steamed sprouts drizzled with Worcestershire sauce, perfect with mixed greens for a delicious twist on classic roasted vegetables.
Ingredients:
  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 500 g mixed greens such as Brussels tops, kale, cabbage, chard
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon optional
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • Prepare the sprouts by trimming and halving them while also cleaning and chopping the mixed greens. Steam the sprouts and mixed greens separately until tender. Serve the greens with olive oil, seasoning, and a touch of lemon juice. Toss the sprouts with butter, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper before serving in a bowl.
