Try our quick and mouthwatering chicken and fruit salad, a perfect picnic dish ready in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cups packed torn romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 large mangoes, seed removed, peeled and cut up (2 cups)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (6 oz)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/4 cup roasted salted sunflower nuts
  • 1/2 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Instructions:
  • On each of 4 serving plates, layer 2 cups of vibrant lettuce. Top with a savory combination of chicken, sweet mangoes, fresh raspberries, rich cheese, and crunchy sunflower nuts. Finish with a generous drizzle of dressing and enjoy right away.
