Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 0.5 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 (12 ounce) package linguine pasta
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a generous amount of salted water in a large pot. Cook linguine pasta for 8 to 10 minutes until it is al dente. Drain the pasta.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until nearly done, approximately 10 minutes. Season with a light sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  • Finely chop the onion in a food processor. Next, add the bell pepper and blend until it transforms into a flavorful liquid. Enjoy the delightful surprise!
  • Stir in tomato paste, garlic, onions, oregano, and bell pepper juice to the browned beef. Let it meld together, then add the tomatoes and cover to simmer for 15 minutes. Crush the tomatoes with a fork or spatula, blend their juices into the sauce, and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Serve the sauce over cooked pasta.
