Delicious Swedish raspberry caves cookies made with easy ingredients, filled with jam and baked.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 0.66666668653488 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 16 teaspoons raspberry jam, divided
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line a 16-cup muffin tin with liners.
  • Cream together butter and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until creamy. Mix in flour, vanilla sugar, and baking powder until well combined.
  • Divide the dough into two equal parts and then shape each into 8 balls. Place a dough ball into each muffin cup and gently press the center with a floured thumb to make an indentation. Fill each indentation with a teaspoon of raspberry jam.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes.
