Whip up these flavorful pork and apple kebabs for a quick and sticky delight.
Ingredients:
  • 2 Gala apples, quartered, cored
  • 1kg pork rashers, cut into 3cm pieces
  • Olive oil spray
  • 270g sweet & sour sauce
  • 2 x 450g pkts egg fried rice in 2 1/2 minutes
Instructions:
  • Cut each quartered apple into bite-sized pieces.
  • Skewer apple and pork alternatively on 8 metal skewers. Preheat a chargrill to medium-high, then spray with oil. Brush skewers with half of the sauce. Grill each side for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  • Divide the fluffy rice onto each plate, then generously lay the flavorful skewers on top. Drizzle the remaining sauce over each dish and serve promptly.
