Ingredients:
  • 16 small beef, pork or chicken sausages
  • olive oil spray
  • 3 tomatoes, peeled, chopped
  • 82.50 ml raisins, roughly chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground chilli powder
  • 0.60 gm salt
  • 62.50 ml cider vinegar
  • 45.00 gm brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Place skewers on a plate and soak in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain before using.
  • Skewer 2 sausages on each stick. Spray with oil. Heat chargrill on high. Grill skewers until golden and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes on medium-low heat.
  • To make chutney: Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer gently until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, then simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy with sausages.
