Ingredients:
  • 6 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 20 minutes
  • 0.5 cup chile-garlic sauce
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions:
  • Heat the grill to medium temperature and lightly oil the grate.
  • Combine the chile-garlic sauce and honey in a small bowl, stirring until well mixed.
  • Skewer shrimp onto bamboo sticks, ensuring you pierce through the head and tail ends.
  • Grill skewers, rotating regularly and brushing generously with the sauce, until shrimp are cooked through and turn pink all over, approximately 10 minutes.
