Honey-glazed baby carrots cooked with butter and brown sugar, ready in 20 minutes. Simply irresistible!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, simmer carrots in a bath of salted water until tender, approximately 15 minutes. Drain the carrots in a strainer after cooking.
  • Place the pot back on the stove over medium-low heat, add the butter, and once melted, mix in the brown sugar and honey.
  • Stir in the carrots until they are fully coated. Let it cook for an additional 5 minutes, then it's ready to serve.
