Sweet chilli chicken stir-fry recipe

Savor this irresistible sweet chili chicken stir-fry - so delicious, you'll want seconds!
Ingredients:
  • 500g Australian Chicken Thigh Fillets, thinly sliced
  • 375g pkt Traditional Stir-Fry mix
  • 150g cup mushrooms, thickly sliced
  • 180g Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 450g pkt microwavable brown rice
Instructions:
  • Preheat a wok or large frying pan over high heat and lightly coat it with olive oil spray. Cook half of the chicken, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until it turns golden brown and is cooked through.
  • Transfer the chicken to a heatproof bowl, and continue with the remaining chicken in the same manner.
  • Add the chicken back to the wok or pan with the vegetables and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until vegetables are tender. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry for 1 more minute until heated through.
  • Heat the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Enjoy the flavorful chicken mixture served over a bed of fluffy rice.
