Upgrade your chicken wings with a spicy-sweet mustard glaze for a delicious twist on the classic Buffalo style.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a sizzling 450°F (230°C). Cover a baking sheet with shiny aluminum foil and give it a luxurious coat of cooking spray.
  • Lay out the wings evenly on the baking sheet, leaving some space in between each piece, and generously season with salt.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until browned and crispy. Then, flip the wings with tongs and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
  • Combine Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and hot sauce in a large mixing bowl. Toss in the wings until evenly coated, let sit for five minutes, toss again, then transfer to a plate to serve.
