Enhance whipped cream with zesty orange juice and fresh grated peel for an exquisite topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh orange peel
  • Additional grated fresh orange peel or orange twists, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, whip together whipping cream and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until thickened and stiff peaks form.
  • Gently mix in orange juice and 1/2 teaspoon of orange peel. Chill until serving. Sprinkle with extra orange peel for an added touch.
