Creamy sweet potato and banana smoothie with soy milk and cinnamon - vibrant and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups soy milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Bake sweet potato in the preheated oven for 1 hour until tender. Peel off the skin, then refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight.
  • In a blender, purée sweet potato, banana, soy milk, and cinnamon until velvety and creamy.
