Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup cooked sweet potato, cold
  • 2/3 cup Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
  • Add the ingredients to the blender or food processor, then cover and blend on high speed for about 1 minute until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between 2 glasses and serve promptly.
