Fresh fruit salsa with strawberries, kiwi, mango, and banana paired with cinnamon chips - perfect for a sunny summer snack outdoors.
Ingredients:
  • 10 frozen strawberries
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 0.5 medium mango - peeled and diced
  • 1.5 bananas, peeled and diced
  • 3 (12 inch) flour tortillas
  • canola cooking spray
  • 1 cup cinnamon sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix together the kiwi, mango, and banana in a bowl. Blend the strawberries until smooth, then pour over the fruit. Stir gently to coat and chill in the refrigerator.
  • Spray cooking spray on both sides of each tortilla, then cut into triangle-shaped wedges. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar. Bake in a preheated oven until golden-brown, about 10 minutes. Let cool and serve with the fruit mixture.
