Spice up these speedy fajitas with a flavorful seasoning blend!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds beef boneless sirloin steak
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup salsa
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 6 tortillas from 1 package (11 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Burritos (8 Count)
  • Sour cream, if desired
  • Shredded lettuce, if desired
  • Chopped tomato, if desired
Instructions:
  • Cut the beef into strips for a more effortless process by partially freezing it for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
  • Heat a 12-inch skillet or wok over high heat and add oil, swirling to coat the sides.
  • Add the beef and stir-fry until it turns golden brown; then drain any excess fat. Mix in salsa, ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through. Serve the mixture in tortillas with the remaining ingredients.
