Cook Time:
Indulge in a delicious sweet and spicy beef noodle stir fry with chopsticks.
Ingredients:
  • 450g packet fresh hokkien noodles
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 500g beef mince
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil, extra
  • 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 2cm piece ginger, finely grated
  • 300g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 red capsicum, chopped
  • 125.00 ml frozen peas
  • 65.63 gm soy sauce
  • 68.75 gm sweet chilli sauce
Instructions:
  • Prepare the Hokkien noodles according to the instructions on the package, then drain them.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of fragrant peanut oil in a sizzling hot wok. Toss in the beef mince and stir-fry vigorously for 8 minutes until beautifully browned. Then, gracefully transfer the beef to a bowl, letting any excess fat fall away.
  • Heat up the wok with a luxurious tablespoon of aromatic peanut oil. Cook the red onion, garlic, and ginger until the onion is soft, about 3 minutes. Toss in the broccoli, red capsicum, and frozen peas, and stir-fry until veggies are tender and bursting with flavor.
  • Add the minced meat back to the wok along with soy sauce and sweet chili sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then, mix in the noodles and toss everything together. Finally, serve and enjoy!
