Make tasty snow ice cream with milk, vanilla coffee creamer, and fresh snow. Enjoy a delightful winter treat with your kids!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 10 tablespoons powdered French vanilla-flavored coffee creamer
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 24 cups clean fresh snow, or as needed
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, powdered creamer, and sugar. Bring to a boil while whisking constantly. Cook until thickened, about 10 to 12 minutes. Set aside and let cool completely (mixture will thicken as it cools).
  • In a large mixing bowl, add half of the snow and pour the milk mixture over it. Gently combine the snow with the milk mixture until fully mixed. Gradually add more snow, about 1 cup at a time, until the snow ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency. Serve right away.
