Condensed milk rocky road recipe

Elevate your rocky road with sweetened condensed milk for a decadent twist!
Ingredients:
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 90.00 gm dark brown sugar
  • 50g butter
  • 500g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 125.00 ml hazelnuts, toasted, roughly chopped
  • 32.50 gm shredded coconut, toasted
  • 82.50 ml pistachios, toasted, roughly chopped
  • 350g pink and white marshmallows, halved
  • 95g packet red glace cherries
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 6cm-deep, 20cm square cake pan by greasing it and lining the base and sides with baking paper, making sure to extend the paper 5cm above the edges on all sides.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine condensed milk, sugar, and butter. Stir and cook for 10 minutes. Then, lower the heat to medium and continue stirring and cooking for another 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Set aside 1 tablespoon each of hazelnuts, coconut, and pistachios. Mix in marshmallows, cherries, and the rest of the nuts and coconut. Gently stir to combine. Spread half the mixture into a prepared pan, top with caramel sauce, and cover with the remaining chocolate mixture. Sprinkle reserved nuts and coconut on top. Chill for 2 hours until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy!
