Swordfish, cherry tomatoes & capers

Create a delicious swordfish steak with vibrant summer flavors - a true delight!
Ingredients:
  • 2 swordfish steaks, from sustainable sources
  • olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 20 ripe cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 45 g capers
  • a few sprigs of fresh flat-leaf parsley
Instructions:
  • Season the swordfish fillets and drizzle with oil. Pan-fry or grill over high heat for 5 minutes on each side. Transfer to plates. Peel and finely slice the garlic, then segment the lemon. In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over high heat. Sauté the garlic and tomatoes for 5 minutes until lightly golden. Add lemon and capers, cook for 2 more minutes. Add finely chopped parsley, season with black pepper, then pour over the fish and serve.
