Impress your loved ones with flavorful lamb cutlets paired with creamy yogurt dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 8 French-trimmed lamb cutlets
  • Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together zesty lemon pepper, aromatic oregano, flavorful garlic powder, and a drizzle of oil in a shallow bowl. Gently add the succulent lamb and ensure it is thoroughly coated with the herb-infused mixture.
  • Preheat a chargrill over medium-high heat. Grill cutlets in 2 batches for 2 minutes on each side for a medium cook or to your desired doneness. Tent loosely with foil and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve the lamb alongside a dollop of creamy yogurt.
