Transform tabouleh and tuna into a tantalizing hummus-infused snack combo for a delightful lunch.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 125.00 ml finely chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, seeded, finely chopped
  • 2 sun-dried tomato and basil wraps
  • 82.50 ml low-fat hummus
  • 95g can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
  • 1/2 carrot, grated
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped preserved lemon rind
Instructions:
  • Mix together fresh parsley, fragrant mint, diced onion, and ripe tomato in a bowl. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper for a burst of flavor.
  • Lay wraps flat and generously spread with hummus. Evenly distribute tabouleh, tuna, carrot, and preserved lemon over wraps.
  • Roll wraps tightly around filling to create delicious bundles. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.
