Enjoy the best of both worlds with a delicious fusion of pizza and tacos on a crispy cauliflower crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 CAULIPOWER® Three Cheese Pizza
  • cooking spray
  • 0.5 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 0.33333334326744 cup water
  • 0.25 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 0.25 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Mexican-style hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cup tortilla strips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425°F (220°C).
  • Prepare skillet with a spritz of cooking spray. Sear ground beef over medium-high heat until golden, 5 to 7 minutes. Discard excess grease. Stir in black beans, water, salsa, and taco seasoning; simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Place the unwrapped pizza on a baking sheet. Evenly spread the meat and bean mixture over the crust, then sprinkle with pepper Jack cheese.
  • Place in the hot oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Mix sour cream and hot sauce in a small bowl, then transfer the mixture to a zip-top bag and refrigerate while the pizza bakes.
  • Let pizza cool for approximately 5 minutes before adding a fresh topping of lettuce, tomato, jalapeno, cilantro, and crispy tortilla strips.
  • Cut a corner of the zip-top bag and generously drizzle the savory sour cream and spicy hot sauce mixture over the delicious pizza.
