Savory taco-seasoned ground beef and onions stewed with tomatoes, corn, and ranch-style baked beans.
Ingredients:
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans ranch-style beans
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
Instructions:
  • In a large pot over medium-high heat, sauté ground beef and onion until beef is browned and crumbly and onion is tender, about 5 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Combine beans, corn, tomatoes with their juices, tomatoes with green chile peppers, and taco seasoning in the pan; stir until well mixed. Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until heated through.
