Make spicy-sweet chili in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb extra-lean (at least 90%) ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 1 package (9 oz) frozen corn, thawed, drained
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
Instructions:
  • Coat a 4-quart Dutch oven with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Cook the beef in the Dutch oven for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned; then drain any excess fat.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer uncovered for about 18 minutes, stirring occasionally.
