Fusion naan pizza with tangy cherry tomatoes - a tasty blend of Indian and Italian flavors!
Ingredients:
  • 200g chicken tenderloins, coarsely chopped
  • 30.00 ml Tandoori Marinade & Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 2 pieces naan bread
  • 80g small cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 30g baby spinach leaves
  • 40.00 ml low-fat Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 40.00 gm mango chutney
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to high heat. Combine the chicken and sauce in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Lay the naan flat on a baking tray. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the naan. Arrange tomato slices on top. Grill for 8 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and nicely browned.
  • Layer fresh spinach leaves on top and generously drizzle yogurt over them. Cut the dish in half and pair it with mango chutney and a mix of salad leaves for a delightful presentation.
