Make family-friendly tandoori chicken pizza at home with this simple recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 2 small single chicken breasts, trimmed
  • 20.00 ml Greek-style yoghurt
  • 49.60 gm tandoori paste
  • 20.00 gm water
  • 4 naan bread rounds
  • 70g tomato paste
  • 375.00 ml grated mozzarella
  • 20.00 gm mango chutney
  • 40.00 ml Greek-style yoghurt, extra
  • 2 vine-ripened tomatoes, seeded and chopped, to serve
  • Snow pea sprouts, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 190°C. Slice the chicken into thin strips. Mix yoghurt, tandoori paste, and water in a non-metallic bowl. Add the chicken and coat well. Chill covered in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Take the marinated chicken out. Smear the naan bread with tomato paste, add cheese and chicken on top. Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
  • Mix the chutney and additional yogurt in a small bowl.
  • Plate the pizzas and garnish with fresh tomato slices and crispy snow pea sprouts. Finish with a generous drizzle of chutney mixture or serve it on the side.
