Create a fusion masterpiece: Tandoori chicken pizza blending Indian and Italian flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 49.60 gm tandoori paste
  • 125.00 ml plain yoghurt
  • 2 poached chicken breast fillets (see related recipe), thinly sliced
  • 30cm round pizza base
  • 40.00 gm mango chutney
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 40g baby spinach
  • 40.00 ml roughly chopped raisins
  • 40.00 ml slivered almonds
  • 82.50 ml grated tasty cheese
  • 62.50 ml fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix together tandoori paste, lemon juice, and half of the yogurt. Add chicken and ensure it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, if possible.
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Line a large baking tray with baking paper and place the pizza base on it.
  • Spread a layer of flavorful chutney on the pizza base, then add onion, spinach, chicken, raisins, almonds, and cheese on top. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the base is perfectly crisp. Serve the pizza garnished with fresh coriander and a dollop of the remaining yogurt.
