Create a quick and flavorful dinner with just six simple ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 4 pita bread rounds
  • 18.40 gm rice bran oil
  • 49.60 gm tandoori paste
  • 125.00 ml Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 300g chicken thigh fillets, trimmed
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into ribbons
  • 50g snow pea sprouts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Place bread on a large baking tray, brush with 1 teaspoon of oil, and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until crisp.
  • In a bowl, mix together tandoori paste and 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Add chicken and toss until well coated.
  • In a large non-stick frying pan heated over medium heat, add the chicken and cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Transfer to a cutting board and slice thinly.
  • Place the chicken, cucumber, and sprouts over the bread. Finish by drizzling with the remaining yogurt, then cut into wedges and serve.
