Tantalizing tangerine sorbet with zesty lemon and sweetness.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups fresh tangerine juice (or juice from mandarin oranges)
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup (optional)
Instructions:
  • Pass the tangerine juice through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl, pressing with a rubber spatula to extract all the juice and discard the pulp.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients: Lemon juice, sugar, and (optional) corn syrup into the bowl. Stir with a spoon until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Directions: Follow the ice cream maker's instructions. Serve immediately or chill for a few hours. Enjoy best when freshly made.
