Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 0.5 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 red chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine ground chicken, savory hoisin sauce, spicy chile pepper, fresh cilantro, umami-rich fish sauce, and pungent garlic in a spacious bowl. Shape into balls with moistened hands and place on a baking sheet with raised edges.
