Tart Lemon Ice Cream

No ice cream maker needed for this effortless tart recipe. Simply freeze in any dish in your freezer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 1 large lemon, juiced and zested
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, finely blend lemon zest and sugar. In a medium bowl, dissolve sugar in milk, then mix in lemon juice. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff. Gently fold whipped cream into lemon mixture until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan and seal it with plastic wrap. Freeze for 3 hours or until it's firm.
