Easy, crispy air fryer fish sticks with built-in dipping sauce, no need for flipping or cooking spray.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 1 pound cod fillets, cut into 1x3-inch sticks
  • 1.5 cups panko bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, relish, and seafood seasoning. Add fish and gently toss to coat.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread bread crumbs evenly on a plate. Coat each fish stick individually in the bread crumbs.
  • Arrange the fish sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching. Air fry for 12 minutes, then let them rest for 1 minute before transferring to a plate lined with paper towels. Repeat with the remaining fish sticks.
