Team Spirit Frosted Brownies

Express school spirit with customizable brownies featuring team logos.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 1 1/4 cups from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • Gel food colors, as desired
  • Colored candy sprinkles, nonpareils and decorating sugars, as desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch square pan with foil, leaving an overhang. Grease the foil on the bottom and sides with cooking spray.
  • Prepare and bake the brownies according to the instructions on the box. Allow them to cool fully for about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Use foil edges to lift brownies out of the pan, discard foil, and transfer brownies to a serving platter or cutting board. Add food coloring to 1 cup of frosting to match school colors. Spread this frosting on top of the brownies. Use the remaining 1/4 cup of frosting to match another school color or leave it white. Decorate by piping team name, cheers, or logos on top using a small decorating bag with a plain tip. Sprinkle with school-color appropriate candy decorations and let the frosting set for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Slice into 16 squares and store with a light cover in a single layer.
