Create a whimsical winter wonderland for your bear-themed party with easy frosting and fun decorations. Ideal for a festive birthday celebration!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix (or your favorite flavor)
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 1/4 cup Betty Crocker™ white candy sprinkles and white candy pearls
  • 2 tablespoons coarse white sparkling sugar
  • 1 roll (from 5-oz box) Betty Crocker™ Fruit Roll-Ups™ fruit flavored snack (any flavor)
  • 16 mini Teddy Grahams™ teddy bear-shaped graham snacks
  • 8 Teddy Grahams™ teddy bear-shaped graham snacks (any flavor)
  • Green, red, white or yellow small gumdrops
  • 1 pouch (7 oz) Betty Crocker™ Decorating Cookie Icing white icing
  • Tootsie Roll Midgees™ candies, unwrapped
  • Pretzel sticks, broken in half
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans) and line 24 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions for 24 cupcakes. Bake for 18 to 23 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely for about 30 minutes. Wrap tightly 12 cupcakes in plastic wrap and freeze for future use.
  • Prepare a piping bag by filling 1 large resealable freezer plastic bag with frosting and then cutting off the bottom corner. Pipe frosting onto each cupcake to create snowdrifts and ski slopes. Finish by decorating the frosted cupcakes with white candy sprinkles and coarse white sparkling sugar.
  • Unwrap fruit flavored snack and remove the paper backing. Cut into 2x1/4-inch strips, then cut into thin strips for scarves. Gently twist a scarf around each Teddy Grahams™ neck. Shape triangles out of gumdrops and put on top of Teddy Grahams™ as hats using small dots of icing. Attach small pieces of different color gumdrop on top of each hat as pom-poms.
  • Warm 1 Tootsie Roll Midgee™ candy in hand, then flatten to make thinner and curve one end to resemble a sled.
  • Enhance your cupcakes with adorable decorations like Teddy Grahams™, candy sleds, pretzel stick skis, and rosemary tree sprigs. To create stars, flatten 1 yellow gumdrop and cut out small stars for tree tops. Use icing to attach Teddy Grahams™ and stars to your cupcakes with creativity.
