Quick and simple chicken stir-fry recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm extra light olive oil
  • 1 brown onion, cut into wedges
  • 500g chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1 small green capsicum, sliced
  • 1 small red capsicum, sliced
  • 175g Teriyaki Stir-fry Sauce
  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a sizzling wok, swiftly sauté onions for a minute. Toss in chicken and stir-fry until beautifully golden, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Stir-fry capsicum, recipe base, and soy sauce together until the sauce is hot and the chicken is fully cooked, which should take about 2 minutes.
  • Present the succulent chicken on a bed of fragrant steamed jasmine rice.
