Juicy turkey teriyaki meatballs with homemade glaze - flavorful and easy for busy weeknights. Serve over rice or as tasty appetizers.
Ingredients:
  • 16 ounces lean ground turkey
  • 0.5 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil
  • 0.25 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 medium garlic clove
  • 0.5 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chopped green onion
Instructions:
  • Cover a 17x12-inch rimmed baking sheet with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Mix together the turkey, bread crumbs, green onion, egg, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a large bowl until fully incorporated, using your hands or a spoon.
  • Shape the mixture into 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" meatballs and bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes until they are tender and the juices run clear, or a meat thermometer registers 170 degrees F.
  • Simmer the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring often until slightly thickened.
  • Place the warm meatballs into a mixing bowl, then drizzle with warm sauce and toss everything together.
