Protein-packed and healthy fish, perfect for the family.
Ingredients:
  • 4cm piece fresh ginger, cut into thin matchsticks
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • Pinch chilli flakes
  • 30.00 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 (150g each) salmon fillets, skin removed
  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
  • Steamed baby pak choy, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together fresh ginger, minced garlic, a sprinkle of chilli flakes, savory teriyaki sauce, and diced onion in a bowl.
  • Place a piece of baking paper in the center of a piece of foil. Add one salmon fillet on top. Drizzle with a quarter of the ginger mixture. Bring the two sides of the foil up to the center, fold to seal, and roll up the ends to enclose the filling. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
  • Preheat a barbecue plate over medium-high heat. Place the parcels on the plate and cook for 8 minutes, or until fully cooked. Serve the flavorful salmon with a side of rice and pak choy for a delicious meal.
