Ingredients:
  • 20.00 ml kecap manis
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
  • 250g carrot
  • 200g Japanese-style teriyaki tofu, thinly sliced
  • 250.00 ml beansprouts, trimmed
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 80g baby Asian salad greens
  • 6.00 gm sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions:
  • Combine kecap manis and soy sauce in a jug, then whisk together.
  • Toss together carrot, tofu, beansprouts, onion, and salad greens in a bowl. Drizzle with a flavorful kecap manis mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
