Ingredients:
  • 35g packet salt-reduced taco seasoning
  • 84.00 gm lime juice
  • 18.40 gm rice bran oil
  • 1.5kg chicken wings
  • Corn salsa, to serve
  • 2 corn cobs, trimmed
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 1 small avocado, diced
Instructions:
  • For the corn salsa: Grill the corn on high heat for 8 to 10 minutes until charred. Remove from heat, let it cool, then cut off the kernels. In a bowl, mix the corn with tomato, onion, avocado, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss well and serve.
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced and line a baking tray with baking paper. In a large bowl, mix together the seasoning, lime juice, oil, and garlic. Add the wings and toss them until they are coated. Transfer the wings to the prepared tray.
  • Bake until wings are golden brown and fully cooked, approximately 50 minutes. Serve with salsa.
