Thai turkey mince with rice

Economical and simple turkey mince and rice dish, destined to be a family hit.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 750g turkey mince
  • 1 small red chilli, finely chopped
  • 90.75 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 65.63 gm lime juice
  • 1/2 red onion, halved, finely sliced
  • 250.00 ml fresh coriander leaves, roughly chopped
  • 4 iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a sizzling frying pan, add minced meat, garlic, and chili to hot oil. Stir constantly for 4 to 5 minutes until meat is browned and fully cooked. Transfer the flavorful mixture to a spacious bowl.
  • Combine sauce, lime juice, onion, coriander, and lettuce in a bowl. Toss together and serve with rice and lime wedges.
