Ingredients:
  • 250g packet cream cheese
  • 68.75 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 40.00 ml coriander leaves
  • Blanched green beans, to serve
  • Baby cos lettuce, to serve
  • Sliced cucumber, to serve
  • Savoury biscuits, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Spread cream cheese evenly on the baking tray, then drizzle with sweet chili sauce. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is just starting to soften (be careful not to overbake).
  • Place the dish on a beautiful platter, sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on top, and serve alongside beans, baby cos lettuce, cucumber, and savory biscuits.
