Whip up quick and tasty Thai beef tacos for a delightful surprise in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 400g Beef Rump steak, thinly sliced
  • 20.00 ml fresh ginger, grated
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
  • 9.20 gm peanut oil
  • 8 taco shells
  • 375.00 ml iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 250.00 ml red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 carrot, cut into long thin matchsticks
  • 187.50 ml bean sprouts
  • 125ml sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix the beef with fresh ginger, soy sauce, and oil. Heat a large frying pan over high heat and cook the beef, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes or until it's beautifully browned all over. Remove from heat.
  • Prepare the taco shells according to the packet instructions. Lay them out on a fresh work surface. Mix the lettuce, cabbage, carrot, and bean sprouts in a bowl. Distribute the mixture into the taco shells. Add the beef, sweet chili sauce, and onion on top. Serve with lime wedges.
