Thai-inspired ground turkey burgers bursting with cilantro, ginger, and garlic - a delicious family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 tablespoons minced fresh ginger, or more to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 0.33333334326744 cup bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine egg and soy sauce, then add cilantro, green onions, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix in turkey and bread crumbs until well combined, then shape into 4 patties.
  • Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the patties to the skillet, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes, flipping once, until the burgers are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
