Delicious beef meatballs with crushed croutons, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and Cajun spices.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 0.75 cup crushed seasoned croutons
  • 0.25 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine ground beef, croutons, sweet onion, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, red pepper flakes, and Cajun seasoning in a large bowl, then shape the mixture into meatballs by hand.
  • Combine butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until melted, then add meatballs. Cook and turn meatballs for about 20 minutes until reaching your preferred doneness; ensure they reach at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) using an instant-read thermometer for well-done.
